I haven’t really commented on any digital marketing current affairs to date... So let’s make a start!
A colleague of mine first raised the issue about a month ago. They raised that they could not respond to a question posted on the knowledge graph as the business.
This was bizarre as we had responded with no issues previously.
However, I came across this thread on the Google My Business support forum.
It became apparent that it wasn't just us, but a bug has recently hit the wider community of businesses.

So what is being done about not being able to respond to the questions?
Below, we can see that Krystal Taing, a Google My Business Product Expert has responded within the thread claiming that the bug is being investigated.
Although, there does seem to be a temporary fix.
Through using an Android phone and accessing the Q&As through the Google Maps App.
I agree with Krystal, this is not ideal... What about us who conform to the social norm and procure iPhones?
Seeing as this 'bug' has been ongoing for a little while now. This poses the question, 'Are Google phasing this feature out or is it a genuine bug?'
